Note to Host Churches:
Space:
1)
for Gathering and coffee + snacks (usually provided by host church)
2) for meeting and program (can be same as above, depends on program)
Tables for registration and displays. Possibly a PA system. Usually
30-50 people attending.
Pastor: To welcome CWU and tell a little
about the church's history.
